A.R. Prasanna Alwis is a Chartered and Licensed Surveyor and Court Commissioner, registered with the Land Survey Council of Sri Lanka. He is a Fellow Member of the Surveyors Institute of Sri Lanka with over 18 years of local and international experience in land, engineering, and construction surveying.
Armed with a Master’s Degree in Regional Development & Planning from the University of Colombo, he specializes in delivering accurate, reliable, and modern surveying solutions using advanced GNSS and Total Station technology.
